Don't most events in our lives happen by chance? I hope to share with you the chance observations and experiences of my travels. And I offer a chance for you to comment as well. Add to that my fond affection for my late cat, Chance, who was afflicted with feline leukemia and died of cancer, and you will see why "chance" has a special meaning in my life. By chance, the adventure continues and can be shared...

Lansdale Cemetery tour...
The Lansdale Historical Society offered a great tour of the Lansdale Mausoleum and Cemetery today -- no, not a scary tour geared to Halloween, but rather an informative outing that truly was fascinating.

Auf Wiedersehen...
After traveling back from the Czech Republic, we reached Munich again in the evening. That left us the following day to take in a few more sites, revisit some favorites, do a little shopping and just drink in the experiences of the last two weeks....
We also walked past the huge "fairgrounds" where, in just a few weeks, Oktoberfest would reign supreme. Amusement rides were being installed and you could see the huge beer halls that would soon be bursting with merry-makers...
It was fun to check out a few department stores and just enjoy the day...
Time for some refreshment...
The following day it was time to catch the plane back to the states. What an amazing journey it was...
